Like our name, Nzuzu Coaching is about transformation. The coaching process transforms what we no longer have use for in our lives into that which serves us better. At Nzuzu we, the community of Nzuzu, see coaching as a process and not a destination. Coaching takes time and commitment from the coach and from the client.

Quanita Munday is president and founder of Nzuzu LLC. She has been coaching for the past eight years, is certified in coaching by Fielding Graduate University, has a BA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington College and a Masters degree in Organizational Management and Development with a concentration in Integral Studies. After working for various national organizations, including the American Red Cross coordinating youth volunteers and training HIV/AIDS instructors and Public Allies as Program Manager and Director of Recruitment, Quanita took her passion for people to Be Vocal Consulting where she worked as a coach and trainer. In her position she had the opportunity to build an international client base. This is where her passion for coaching blossomed. She was inspired by the courage and strength that people bring to their everyday lives, no matter where they live in the world.
